The ad bid changes take effect immediately, but updates to the location changes are uncertain, depending on:
1.The range of bidding adjustment;
2.listing quality and ranking under keywords;
3.The overall price adjustment trend of platform sellers.
For example, during the peak season, if you make a small bid price increase for a keyword, your listing ranks poorly under the keyword, and the sellers who compete with the keyword during this period generally raise the price more, then even if the price increase, the position update you observe may be lower.
